Error code XQDY0096 was assigned a meaning in erratum XQ.E19, while XQST0096
has been assigned an unrelated meaning in the 3 Dec 2008 Working Draft of
XQuery 1.1. Not impossible, because one is static and one dynamic, but best
avoided.

It would be useful to say in the status section of the document which of the
1.0 errata have been applied to the text (and to highlight any that have not).
