Franz,
Thank you for calling our attention to these remaining references to the
namespace formerly known as xdt. You are correct that these references should
be removed, and I will remove them from the next version of the XPath and
XQuery specifications. Since the working groups have accepted your comment, I
will mark this Bugzilla entry as closed. Of course, you may reopen it if you
are not satisfied with the corrected document when it appears.
