[XQuery] "Cartesian Product"

Michael,
This is a response to your comment on "Cartesian Product" terminology in 
XQuery, posted at 
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-qt-comments/2004Feb/0282.html 
(attached). The Query Working Group agrees with your suggestion and has 
implemented it in the XQuery working draft dated 29 October 2004. Thank
