[F&O] Editorial: fn:ceiling and negative zero

Hello,

The description of the fn:ceiling function says "If the argument is less
than zero (0), negative zero (-0) is returned."

I assume that should say "If the argument is less than zero (0), ***and
greater than -1,*** negative zero (-0) is returned."
