[F+O] Rename component-from-duration() functions

to

years-from-duration
months-from-duration
days-from-duration
hours-from-duration
minutes-from-duration
seconds-from-duration

The joint WGs accepted your recommendation and agreed to the suggested renaming in the Cambridge meeting.
