XSCH-FO-001 Tabular type hierarchy errors (1.4)

The tabular form of the type hierarchy contains the following errors:
- positiveInteger is omitted
- short and byte have the wrong parent type
- unsignedInt, unsignedShort, and unsignedByte have the wrong parent
type
