Link checker 4.5?

Hello,

I believe the "build" errors reported against link checker 4.4 have been 
resolved and I just committed a fix for the only rt.cpan.org issue reported 
against 4.4.

I think it'd be nice to release 4.5 just to get the fixes out in the public 
and make the scary build failure counts against 4.4 disappear :)

Any objections to me pushing 4.5 say later this week?
