It should link to http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=838 so
people can get updated information if they wish, and to avoid the im-
pression that W3C recommends the registry hack. I also don't think we

affected", thus I suggest to replace this by e.g.

Seems difficult to me, update would not get the change as you've made
it to HEAD while the production server should have code from a different
branch; and you would have to change the version number from 0.7.0-dev
back to 0.67, etc...
