minutes and next meeting

Hi PWE,

At today's meeting, we discovered a problem with the email list which revealed that many of you have probably not been receiving emails. This would explain the poor response rate to emails and low attendance at meetings.

You can see from the minutes that we are looking for a volunteer to format the current CEPC in ReSpec. The HTML in in GitHub but needs to be cleaned up [1]. This is the first step toward the several revisions that have been proposed to the CEPC. Please let me know if you are interested in helping.

Out next meeting will be on 10 January. I will send a doodle poll for specific timing.
