Re: please make sure editor's drafts are marked as such

Hi Paul,
I have fixed that for the DC Note.
Also, I have also included the links to the direct mapping file and
the refinement file, as Ivan requested yesterday.

I also realized that we need a namespace for the refinements.
How should we proceed here?
Maybe something like http://www.w3.org/ns/dc-prov# is appropriate, but I
left
it as a TO DO in the document.
