prov-o weekly telecon time change

Please note that prov-o team has shifted their meeting time to 30 minutes sooner:

> Mondays 15:30-17:00 UTC (11:30am-1:00pm Boston local)
> Zakim Bridge +1.617.761.6200, conference 695 ("OWL")

This is effective immediately, as it is implemented in Zakim.

We will still only use the 1 hour, but we expect the meetings to be shorter than that from now on.
