Yes and yes.  I found it much easier to follow than previous versions.
I think separating out constraints and notation simplifies the
presentation of the fundamental concepts.

They aren't perfect, but I can't think of better ones.  I think they
are fine.

I'm not convinced activities should be able to be agents.  I'd rather
keep the current definition.

I like Simon's proposal "An entity is a physical, digital, conceptual,
or other kind of thing; things may be real or imaginary." better
than the one in the document now.
