PROV-WG: Owl call

Hi All,

There seems to be a lot that gets discussed on the OWL call on Mondays.

This is great!

However, I think it would be helpful if there was some minuting or at least a brief
synopsis of these calls for the benefit of the whole of the WG.

Would this be possible? Is it too much overhead? Or am is this taking place and I'm just missing it.
