Hi all,

The Court making the referral is the Audiencia Nacional. Some 130 cases are
pending before it, in which Google is appealing injunctions issued by the
Spanish Data Protection Authority against the search engine.

Note that the Regulation containing the formal right to be forgotten is not in
force yet. This is all on the basis of current legislation, not on the basis
of the reforms under way.

Best,

Rigo
