Comment on POWDER WDR, 2008-06-30: POWDER-S interpretation of tagset

Comment on http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-powder-dr-20080630/

Example 2-13.

I am not sure that the translation of the tagset leads to a meaningful
Class. In the class definition of tagset_1 we have an intersection of
thee restrictions; all three refers to the _same_ property but with
different values. Isn't the intersection then empty?

I am not 100% sure what to replace it with. My first reaction would be
to create a restriction on a 'oneOf' class that contains the three
possible values, although this is not a perfect translation of the
intention (it would allow the tag to be only gherkin and London and not
Swiss Re)...

Cheers

Ivan
