Note to group: I want to discuss Issue 690 (aria-describedat) AFTER the
January 8, ARIA Caucus call. We need to have George Kerscher on the call
and the other browser vendors. We also need to resolve the meeting time
issue.  Unfortunately, given the tremendous amount of email regarding
aria-describedat it will likely consume an entire call. I want the browser
vendors to hear all sides of this before we come to a decision. Looking at
the list I have not seen the people who asked for the feature weigh in at
all.

- Discuss whether the ARIA call can be an hour earlier. The scribe, had us
at being an hour earlier where others interpreted the meeting to be at the
current time. James Craig has a meeting conflict with part of the new time
slot.


- Action 1440 landmarks section uses "region of page" in prose even though
