Call for Consensus (CfC) to the personalization task force with regard to symbol - open until 23:59 (Midnight) Boston Time, the 14 th of August.

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the personalization task force with regard to symbol



The proposal is to use the attribute data-symbol and to use the BCI number  as valid values. 

For example data-symbol ="10230 "



Additional notes: At the moment we would allow more then one value , separated by a space. This may change after we have discussed it with international groups of user. We also intend to make an extra module for operation and scailability as discussed at email https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-personalization-tf/2019Jul/0021.html. This CfC is now open for objection, comment, as well as statements of  support via email. Silence will be interpreted as support, though  messages of support are certainly welcome.
