Here are the minutes from the August, 5 meeting: https://www.w3.org/2019/08/05-personalization-minutes.html <https://www.w3.org/2019/08/05-personalization-minutes.html>

Note that there were a few resolutions. Please comment on the list if you disagree.
Summary of Resolutions <https://www.w3.org/2019/08/05-personalization-minutes.html#ResolutionSummary>

The word comment is used as both a destination and a purpose. Using feedback for the destination was proposed but that conflicts with its usage in the help module. It was agreed to use feedback for the destination (rather than comment). And, to change the use of feedback in the help module to status.
RESOLUTION: changing comment destination to feedback and change help from feedback to status

The next conflict was help as a destination and help as an action. It was agreed that help as a destination refers to leaving the current page for more help or support. Help as an action refers to help that is provided within the current page. For example, a ‘?’ (question mark) button that opens a popup or additional information on the same page.
RESOLUTION: make the action definition for help more specific - opens-in-page-help; difference is that it doesn’t take the user to a new destination. and the destitation is chaged to support with defintion that it goes to support or instructions
