Payment Apps Task Force Update

Hi all,

The Payments App Task force began meeting prior to the July FTF meeting in order
to produce the document that we reviewed in London:
 https://w3c.github.io/webpayments/proposals/paymentapps/payment-apps.html

The group resolved in London to take up the specification, which now has its own repo:
  https://github.com/w3c/webpayments-payment-apps-api

We are currently migrating the spec and app-related issues to the repo.

Following the face-to-face meeting, the task force adopted a new weekly meeting time: 13:00 UTC
(currently 9am ET). We will continue to work on the specification and propose resolutions to issues
for the WG’s consideration.

At its meeting today [2], the task force resolved to send its weekly agenda and minutes to the full
Working Group mailing list so that people have an easier time following the task force’s activities.

Upcoming we will begin discussing what we would like to accomplish by TPAC.
