Re: (urgent) UML links just broke

OMG put the old documents back, so I'm sticking with the earlier text.
(I'm a little suspicious that your new MOF link is 2003, when we were
using a 2006 one.   I kind of prefered Michael's links...)

Let's talk to OMG and ask what URL they want us to use, going forward,
and switch to that at some point during PR.
