twitter, OWL 2 was published as a W3C Recommendation this morning.

Great work, everyone.

Still on my todo list:
    - the owl.owl file
    - flagging the OWL 1 specs
    - make an archival copy of the test suite
    - make better PDFs
    - wait around for XSD 1.1 to be done

But, yeah, basically we're done.
