order of editors in Overview references

Due to a bug, the order of the names of editors in the References
section of Document Overview was scrambled.  Sorry about that; I'll
figure out a fix for the next release.

(And we should talk about a unified approach to References; the ones in
Overview are generated automatically, but not quite in the way I talked
about the other day.)
