Dear Advisory Committee representative,

The OWL Working Group charter [1] is hereby extended until
31 December 2009.

The Working Group has recently taken nine technical specifications to
Candidate Recommendation, and is now collecting implementation
experience. Even before entering Candidate Recommendation, the group
presented a promising implementation report.

More information about the OWL Working Group can be found on its
home page [2].

If you have any questions or need further information, please contact
Sandro Hawke, Team Contact, at sandro@w3.org.

This extension follows section 6.2.5 of the W3C Process Document:
 http://www.w3.org/2005/10/Process-20051014/groups#charter-extension

Thank you,

For Tim Berners-Lee, W3C Director, and
Sandro Hawke, Team Contact;
Ian Jacobs, Head of W3C Communications
