Weekly teleconferences

During the CR phase we may no longer need to hold telephone  
conferences every week. One option would be to hold teleconferences  
only on alternate Wednesdays by default, but to ask everyone to  
continue to make themselves available every week in case the need  
should arise for an urgent meeting.

Please let us know if you (dis-) like this procedure and/or have an  
alternative suggestion.
