F2F5: ESTA travel authorization

Dear all!

The next F2F meeting will be in Boston/USA, and I don't remember that the
following important point has been mentioned before. 

>From this year on, for those living outside the US, it will be necessary to
fill out a travel authorization ticket electronically (on the web) before
the travel starts, and not on the plane anymore. The system is called "ESTA"
(Electronic System for Travel Authorization).
