Public test case collection

Hi all,

as discussed in Cannes, I have now set up a site for soliciting OWL test cases 
from the public:

http://km.aifb.uni-karlsruhe.de/projects/owltests/

Submitting test cases is extremely easy, without any wiki-markup involved. 
Feel free to try it out.

The site still needs a proper licensing policy to make sure we can import 
submissions into W3C space. Otherwise it should be functional, but we should 
still wait a moment before announcing the above officially.
