Teleconference CANCELLED 2008.10.29

In case you didn't hear already, the teleconference that would  
normally be scheduled for the 29th October has been cancelled due to  
the number of people who are travelling or otherwise unavailable.

The next teleconference will take place as usual on Wednesday  
November 5, 2008 at 1700 UTC, 10:00 (West US), 13:00 (East US), 18:00  
(London), 19:00 (Paris).
