new snapshots, with PDF

New snapshots, linked from 
http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/draft/ED-owl2-syntax-20081128/

They now include a PDF, generated by "prince", linked from just above
the copyright.  I know of one problem with the PDFs, which is that wide
tables just get truncated, as in Syntax p.11.  I don't know what to do
about that.  (There's also a prince logo on the first page, only when
displayed, because I'm using the free version.  I have a license which
I'll try to figure out out how to install before really publishing.)

The status text from Round_4 is not currently being inserted into these
versions, so they wont pass pubrules yet.   (I might do that right now,
and re-do these in place....)
