new snapshots

I did a new round of snapshots.  Linked to each other, you can start
with eg:

Like last time, there a diff-from-wiki on each one, like:

   http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/draft/ED-owl2-syntax-20081126/diff-from-wiki

... which can be helpful, but has some false-positives, mostly around
funky characters that can be encoded in multiple equivalent ways.
