Re: Draft minutes from 16th of July 2008 available

There are some organizational issues, including putting the resolution
of issue-31 in the "due and overdue actions [sic]" section instead of in
the "Proposals to resovle issues [sic]" section and a missing section
for the bit about having a meeting next week.
