We had Deb, Vipul, Ian, and myself. Given that the focus of the  
conversation was to be the primer, and neither Bijan nor Peter could  
make it, and that several people on the TF were not available, we  
decided it wasn't worth proceeding this week. We'll take up the same  
agenda next week.
