Proposal to close (as POSTPONED) Issue 8

After a lengthy discussion, we propose to close this issue (as
POSTPONED) on the grounds that:

- it may have an adverse impact on decidability, and at the very
least it would require extreme caution w.r.t. interactions with
datatype predicates;

- it is not supported by any existing implementation, and is unlikely
to be supported in the foreseeable future (additional research on
algorithms and implementation techniques would be needed);

- it can already be expressed in OWL 1.1 Full, because data
properties are also object properties.

The Working Group may document its use in OWL 1.1 Full, provided that
doing so does not impact the schedule of the working group.

See [2] for an earlier and similar proposal to close.

Ian
