[UFDTF] new version of OWL Primer available

I have updated the OWL Primer at
	http://webont.org/owl/documents/primer.html

The changes are not major, but I have put in a bit in the status section
that says what still needs to be done.

I think that the text of the OWL Primer is about 95% complete.  (Still
missing are much of the other syntaxes in the body of the document, but
you can read the document perfectly well without this.)  The OWL Primer
directly covers about 90% of OWL 1.1, and most of the missing parts have
parallel constructions (e.g., allValuesFrom for data properties).
