I am a researcher at the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology in its Manufacturing Laboratory. My division is concerned with interoperability of information systems used in manufacturing. My background is in expert systems and knowledge representation, and I'm currently applying OWL, CLIF, and PSL to capturing information about manufactured objects and processes, for example about assembled products. I'd like OWL 1.1 to support these applications, and will provide examples to motivate discussion. Conrad
