Re: Telecon for referencing externally defined datatypes and re: UFDTF

All -= please note that it is W3C practice, if not part of process  
(there's some debate about it) that any subgroup of a WG that meets  
should scribe the meeting and make the results readable to all WG  
members -- let's not forsake this practice
