Just a heads up. It seems as if the Rich Annotations OWLED Task Force  
work:
	http://code.google.com/p/owl1-1/wiki/RichAnnotations

may be taken up by the working group. I've created a proposal, and  
there seems to be some interest and support (though I only put it out  
today...so everything is in flux):
	http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/Annotation_System

Just thought people might be interested. Feedback, of course, is most  
welcome.
