More OWL 2 Document comments

I took a brief look at the Structural Specification and Profiles  
documents, and checked the Wiki versions at approximately 2030UT  
January 23.

Structural Spec

2.3

Paragraph 3 - "Alternatively, an IRI it can be abbreviated as a  
CURIE..." - delete 'it' after IRI.

Profiles

2.1 Feature Overview

The following constructs are not supported in OWL 2 EL:

      universal quantification to a class expression  
(ObjectAllValuesFrom) or a data range (DatAllaValuesFrom)

DatAllaValuesFrom should be DataAllValuesFrom.
