Revised Draft Available

Dear all,

We hope that you're still reading the list with the recent increase in
discussion :)

Trying to remain faithful to previously obtained consensus and responsive
to new requests is a delicate balance, which we hope that we're coming
close to getting right.

We have published a revised draft to take into account as many of the
comments as possible to date at the same uri:
    http://www.openannotation.org/spec/future/

This URI is only for the current review period, it will replace the current
/spec/core/ documents.

Notable changes:
 * Blank nodes for textual bodies
 * A section on tags and semantic tags
 * Modular rather than level based structure
 * A full set of revised diagrams and examples
 * Revised language about the definition of the scope of what an
"Annotation" is
 * Revised mapping to SKOS
 * Editors notes added where consensus has yet to be completely finalized
 * Many more examples added to the descriptions, and the language made
hopefully more clear

Please keep the feedback coming to ensure that this version is as close to
final as we can get it! :)
