dcmi types and Specific Resources

is not clear to me how to apply the recommendation from
http://www.openannotation.org/spec/future/level1.html#BodyTargetType i

In particular, it seems to me that the dcmi type belongs on the
oa:Source of the oa:SpecificResource that is Body or Target.
