Inputmode test added as proposed

Hi,

As per my action item from our last meeting, I have added the the WCTMB
a proposed addition for testing the inputmode attribute:
http://dev.w3.org/2008/mobile-test/test.html

The box shows a bit wider than I would expect, both in Opera and
Mozilla; it looks alright in my Webkit-based android emulator.
