Conference Call on February 13

Hi all:

During last week's conference call, we decided to compare notes and 
see if it is worth having a
conference call this week as some of the members were not sure if 
their actions Items
be completed by them.  In my own case, I am sure I will not finish both of
my actions.  Please provide me some feedback.  I will be happy to 
chair it we have
enough quorum.
