It is essential for an effective meeting.

Note, for those who might have problem to go through company firewall, 
we have installed also the same irc server on port 80 of irc.w3.org. 
Port 80 is generally not filtered by firewall.
Note also that the classical port we are using, 6665 is *not* the usual 
default port of irc client (usually 6667). So don't forget to put the 
right port, or you might experience a connection refuse if you forget that
