thanks a lot for the suggestions. I generated a diff (see attachment) so 
that people can easily see the potential changes. Two notes:

I wouldn't use "bounding facets": the term "constraining facets" is 
defined in the XML Schema spec, see
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/REC-xmlschema-2-20041028/#rf-facets

I also wouldn't do the "missing quotes in example 58" change: it's ok to 
have no quotes in HTML5 for the attributes in question.
