Provenance issue

Hi,

I'm just trying to implement provenance into schema. There seems to be
some incosistencies in definition.

All attributes on provRule element are defined as

"A string or an IRI (only for the Ref attributes)"

But as all of such attributes are ending woitj ...Pointer they should
have *relative selector* type. Am I right?
