[Editors and all FYI] - online spec editing diff

Hi co-editors, all,

For the people who cannot attend the online editing calls, I made this
setup.

1) original ITS 2.0 editors draft
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html
2) draft before online editing
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20-before-online-spec-editing-call.html

co-editors, please update 2) after each editing call, just by re-generating
its20.html from its20.odd. Then send out to the mailing list the diff
http://tinyurl.com/its2-online-edit-diff
and summarize the changes (briefly is enough), and update
its20/its20-before-online-spec-editing-call.html before the next online
editing call.
