[bug] Updating Language information files

I have updated the test files slightly for HTML 1 and 2 and fixed a few
issues with the parser and now it is getting correct output. Feedback as
usual is very welcome so if people doing work on the Language information
could look at the new test files and output it would be great. I will take
a look at the XML files now.
