Re: [ACTION-230] ITS 2.0 Test suite on github

Jirka,Everyone,

I made the update to the github and made all the file names lowercase. I
will also be adding in a few more updates this evening or tomorrow such as
finishing tab delimiting output.  Then some other tidying up pieces for the
future such as:

   - Updating the actual ITS testsuite page to be HTML5 as requested by
   Felix,
   - Renaming of files in a structured manner,
   - Adding in its:param examples as well as updating old examples to keep
   them in line with the latest version
   - As well as putting in Shaun's updates.

Sorry for the delay Jirka in updating the files as i was working on an ITS
implementation for Seattle this week.
