Added build-deploy-jar target

Now it's a bit easier to allow end-users to use the tester on the command line:

ant build-deploy-jar
java -jar mobileOK-Basic-RI-1.0-deploy.jar [options]

That's all that's needed. The .jar file here is everything needed at runtime.
