Yes, there is.  But "committing to working on the specs", as you have it,
and "accepting [MicroXML] as a work item" are the same thing.  The WG has
not yet done that.  If they do, the spec will be out of the CG's hands;
if not, it won't.  The purpose at this time is simply to see if anyone
on the CG is unalterably opposed to the *possibility* of WG takeup,
and it doesn't seem so.
