Re: [Bug 22365] New: The spec should explicitly say something about getUserMedia() in an iframe.

For fullscreen, we prohibit by default an IFRAME's child document from
going fullscreen, and added an attribute "allowfullscreen" on IFRAME
elements so the parent page can opt into allowing an IFRAME take over the
screen.

We could do something similar for getUserMedia.
